Established in 1935, the Rotary Club of College Park is part of Rotary International, a global network of 1.4 million friends, neighbors, leaders, and problem-solvers. With contributions to many organizations, we promote Rotary's ideal of "Service Above Self." Our members are working and retired professionals and business leaders, who are committed to building friendships, bettering our community, and contributing to world understanding. Ronnie Mills
PRESIDENT
Ronnie brings two decades of fundraising leadership to his role as President of the club. He has championed humanitarian efforts locally and globally through his work with ADRA, Hope Channel, and the American Diabetes Association. He looks forward to building the club’s impact and fostering goodwill in the community.

Vijay Kowtha
PRESIDENT-ELECT
Vijay is Executive Director of Maser, Inc., a non-profit dedicated to STEM education for K-12 students. With over 35 years of engineering and research experience, Dr. Kowtha is a respected authority and innovator in robotics and neuromorphic computing. He is co-chair of District 7620 Interact.

Janet Wagner
PAST-PRESIDENT
Janet is a retired faculty member from the University of Maryland's Smith School of Business. She is former editor of The Cogitator and is currently the club’s public image chair.

Chris Kelly
VICE PRESIDENT
Chris is the official photographer for the club and for Rotary District 7620. He is a real estate agent with Long & Foster and the club’s former membership chair.

Stephanie Frye
SECRETARY
Stephanie is a retired principal of the Prince George’s County School system. She brings invaluable leadership and administrative skills to the club. As the club’s service chair, she was instrumental in maintaining our relationship with St. Ann’s Center.

Steve Ness
TREASURER
Steve is CEO of his own building construction company, which specializes in home building. He is a past president of our club, and the proud grandfather of nine.

Patsy Ezell
FOUNDATION CHAIR
Patsy is a consultant for the Nutrition and Family & Consumer Sciences Program of the University of Maryland Extension. She is a past president of our club and is currently chair of our Foundation committee.

Ron Browning
SERVICE CHAIR
Ron is a past president of our club. He is a retired aerospace engineer who spent much of his career at NASA. Ron has been the long-time leader of our support for Operation Warm.

Nomie Hamid
MEMBERSHIP CHAIR
Nomie is a past president of our club and past District 7620 Governor (2024-2025). A gifted restaurateur, Nomie founded Virtual X Kitchen in College Park in 2020. At its recent 90th birthday celebration, our club recognized Nomie for personifying “The Magic of Rotary.”

EDITOR OF THE COGITATOR
Wil is a local business owner, specializing in massage therapy. He is also a globe-trotting marathoner. Wil is editor of The Cogitator and past president of our club.
